As the impacts of Coronavirus continues to affect us all in our daily lives, we wanted to say that we are endeavouring to maintain a high standard of service for all our clients. This includes ensuring we are keeping up with the news and legislation changes so we can assist our clients, in a property context, wherever we are needed.

Whilst in many areas, business is slowing down, we understand the implications of this in our industry can be significant and we are doing all we can to minimise disruption to projects we are working on.

We can continue to provide all our services in a safe and efficient way. Our team can work remotely from any location and we are adhering to all precautionary measures and safety guidelines.

Costs and Income will inevitably be a focus at this time and where clients need assistance we are obviously more than happy to talk through the main property costs with them (rent and rates) and how these could be impacted by the ongoing situation and what action could be taken to help.
